Ice Cream Doesn’t Have to be “Cheat” food.
Bulletproof Ingredients: (included in the Kit)
50 grams (3.5 tbs) XCT™ Oil
50 grams (3.5 tbs) Cacao Butter™
¼-1/2 cup Chocolate Powder™
2 drops of organic vanilla extract
(or 2 tsp Vanilla Max™ currently not avail)
4 whole eggs (pastured)
4 yolks (in addition to the whole eggs above)
80 grams (5.5 tbs) Xylitol (up to 160 grams to taste)
10 drops Apple Cider Vinegar, or Lime juice to taste
50 grams virgin coconut oil (alternatively you could increase the XCT and Cacao if you don’t have coconut oil)
100 grams (7 tbs) grass-fed butter, unsalted
100 grams water or ice (just under ½ cup; add less than you think you need, then increase the amount).
Optional: Sprinkle Bulletproof Ground Coffee on top of finished ice cream for a mocha flavour.
Blend everything but the water/ice in a blender. It takes a while to get the butter blended into perfect creaminess.
Add water or ice and blend some more until well blended. Ideally, you want a yogurt-like consistency for creamy ice cream, or add more water for a firmer, icier texture
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and turn it on. (If you do not have an ice cream maker, you can still enjoy this by using the blender).
This will make perfect consistency ice cream. Enjoy it, and share with your partner. Wait an hour.
