Your order will be dispatched from our Perth warehouse within 24 hours of ordering (as long as there are no stock shortages)
Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday (except public holidays.) Unfortunately the postal system doesn’t operate on the weekend.
If you order on a Friday afternoon, you can expect dispatch on the following Monday (assuming no public holidays hold us up!)
All orders require a signature upon delivery, unless you leave explicit instructions to leave the package in a safe location designated by you.
Regular postal delivery speed depends on how far away you are from Perth. More info about your destination is available on the Australia Post website.
For Express post we use Australia Post Express, who typically deliver 24-72 hours after dispatch

If you are located outside the Perth Metro, Australia Post will deliver your parcel. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left and your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for your collection.
If you are confident that your parcel can be safely left in the event you are not at home, you can give an ‘Authority to Leave’ instruction via a note on the CHECKOUT page, however Butter Coffee Australia will accept no responsibility for items marked ‘ATL’ and will consider the items left as instructed, once notified of delivery.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to rural locations.
Delivery delays may be incurred due to public holidays or industrial action experienced by Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. While we will always endeavour to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, these delays may be beyond our control.

Place a second order and let us know via email with your order number..
If your previous order has not already been dispatched, we can combine the two and refund you the additional delivery charges.
WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED AN ITEM I DON’T NEED?
Email us as soon as possible so we can try to catch it before dispatch and adjust your order. if it’s already been dispatched you will need to follow the returns process.
Shipping costs are calculated on checkout using Australia Post standard volume rates.
WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS ON “BACKORDER”
Sometimes products run out. With many items coming from the U.S. there can be a delay through customs. If that is the case, you can still order your item. Many times this out of stock will be for 1-3 days. If this is the case, your order will be upgraded to EXPRESS POST for free. If products are flagged to take longer, your order will be shipped without this product and a second shipment will need to be sent when the out of stock item arrives.
