About Us

When we were pregnant with our second child we had one of those situations which you like to think will ‘never happen to me’. 
I contracted meningitis and we had a life battle on our hands for both myself and our baby. 
After the long journey of pulling ourselves through the battle ground we made a full recovery and were more focused than ever on looking for a lifestyle to provide a better way of living for our family. A lifestyle built around spending our energy and resources on things in life that delivered true happiness. 
In the detail that means different things to different people – to me its yoga, meditation, painting, spending time in nature with my kids, connecting with my husband – my best friend. For Nathan it’s writing, blogging, biohacking, floatation tanks and his family. For you it will be something different again. 
One thing we all have in common is the wish to have a healthy state of mind & body so we can experience all of these pleasures to their full extent.

When we went out searching we kept coming across Dave Asprey & his work and the more we learnt from him, the more it just made sense. The penny had dropped. When we took the next step to trying out his products was when we knew without a doubt we had made the right decision because we had achieved the optimal state of living – mind & body clear & calm, at top performance.
