Bulletproof Ghee for high temperature cooking without smoke
Yes, including bacon! Or take your scrambled eggs and omelettes to a whole new level. Most of the time, we suggest keeping cooking temperatures under 177° C (350° F). However, if you’re cooking in a pan and need to bring the heat, ghee’s purity keeps it stable up to 251° C (485° F). without burning, hissing, or spattering. That’s a higher ‘smoke point’ than regular butter, coconut oil, or grapeseed oil.

Try substituting Grass-Fed Ghee in recipes where you’d normally use butter. Just keep in mind that the difference in water content might call for tweaking the recipe (ghee is also salt-free, so you may want to add a pinch to taste if it’s key to the flavor).
